mealworms and dubia roaches for puffers?

Planning ahead, don't have a figure 8 yet, but wondering about foods beside the ones I've read about. Since I have a never ending supply of dubia roaches and mealworms (for our leopard gecko), is it possibly to feed a puffer one or both of these?

yes and no.

They will eat it but the chichin (shell) isn't digestible. The meal worms may be worth a weekly snack, but don't get them hooked on it. The same goes with krill.

If you think I am too abrasive there is a little triangle icon in the bottom left of your screen to "report post".
