Help,something is not right with my puffer

I notice today that my puffer has a discoloration along the front half of its face and eye, what could this be and what can I do?

She is THE authority on the subject. It looks like velvet.. but I could be wrong. SW isn't my specialty, but the usual line of treatment is QT with treating with copper. For parasites (velvet). OR a bacterial infection which is QT and possibly use paraguard, but don't do that until you hear back from Kelly.
