I don't know a thing about puffers but I wanted to tell you how cute he is! Someone will come along shortly that will be able to id your little guy.

He looks like a figure 8 puffer to me. No? Thats the closest I can tell

Doesn't look like a Figure 8 to me.

Maybe PM Kelso and direct him to this thread? He keeps Amazon puffers and it could be one of those, but I'm not an expert on them so I couldn't tell you.

Actually, come to think of it that looks like a young mbu puffer. These fish get absolutely huge!

I think mbu puffer is right. I was looking at some pictures and he seems to have similar spotting on him, and coloring as well.
