Sleepy Puffer?

Just wondering is it possible for a puffer to feel sleepy after a meal. I have known Yoyo Loaches for being lethargic after meals but once their meal is settled they are up an swimming again. I have three Figure 8s and I gave them one big ghost shrimp. And the biggest of the three seem to be hiding in his cave and not moving much. His breathing is normal and the other two are fine although I should add that they did not manage to eat as much as the big one.
